Chesapeake Plastics Manufacturing currently has 5 machines that range from 30 tons to 500 tons clamping power.

And we're not done!  A 6th machine will be added to our facilities plant in the coming months.

Quality Control

Chesapeake Plastics Manufacturing is ISO 9000 Compliant.  We utilize mobile, wireless technology for Statistical Process Control at the machines allowing for better process control while minimizing variation and rejects on the production floor.  All in real time.
