Tooling Capabilities

Chesapeake Plastics has complete in-house tooling available. Our capabilities span:

• Initial concept
• Design work
• Drawings
• Molds in your choice of steel or aluminum

We build quality tooling at affordable prices for either single cavity short production run molds or more complex high production molds with multiple cavities.  All tooling maintenance is provided free of charge up to the quoted life expectancy of the mold. 

Mold modifications for product design changes will be accommodated and cost will include part samples for approval.
